Reds Beat Blues
Scoot, Zook, Annie and I went to Wrigley to watch Neifi Perez suck it up for nine straight innings. Juan Pierre had two hits, though. He tried to steal twice in the first inning, but Neifi screwed the pooch both times.Ryno did a little turn on the catwalk above the terrace reserved section in the lower deck. He stopped and waved to the crowd momentarily. Zook and I gave him a standing ovation. We had the following discussion: Top 5 All-Time Favorite Cub Players. Mine, in no particular order, are:
1. Ryne Sandberg
2. Andre Dawson
3. Mark Grace
4. Greg Maddux
5. Shawon Dunston
Basically, I love the '89 Cubs and would give anything to relive that season. Please discuss, at your leisure, your own Top 5 in the comments section of this post.
After the game, we crammed into the CTA Addison bus. It took us over thirty minutes to get to Kimball. It took another ten minutes for that bus to show up. Scoot and Zook have to work tomorrow. Annie does, too. She's sleeping now.
I think I'm going to play my new poker video game. Montly poker game on Friday. Must practice.

Top 5 Cubs players of all time:
1. Does Don Zimmer count? He's as fat and bald as the day he was born
2. Mark Grace (only because he smoked in the dugout)
3. Kyle Farnsworth - frat boy shell necklace and all, imagine how much Wriglyville trixie ass he got!
4. Rick Sutcliffe - Call Wicker Park and demand your beard back.
5. Shawn Dunston - in a see of white, I needed some diversity, Shawn where are you now?
